Due to the digital nature of VR games, which are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to balance customer protection with prevention of abuse.
2. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will generally not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply, such as unresolved technical issues.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- The VR game or product has been played for less than 2 cumulative hours on all accounts linked to the purchase.
- The product has not been modified, transferred, or shared.
- The purchase was not part of a bundle or promotion explicitly marked as non-refundable.
- You provide valid proof of purchase, including order confirmation and transaction details.
Refund eligibility is verified through system logs and purchase records.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable content (DLC) once downloaded or activated.
- In-game currency, skins, or consumables.
